We have specifically selected this date as your "second chance" to run a PR. We fully support the Marathons and Half Marathons that come before us in September and October. We just want you to have fun and take advantage of your fitness. Great choice as your Fall Marathon as well.
FAST, FLAT, and AFFORDABLE
We know you've heard that before! Well...in our case it is true. The total elevation for the Full Marathon is 59 feet. The total elevation for the Half Marathon is 40 feet. We are unique not only with our theme but with our course and price!
9 Lives Challenge
We are partnering with Stark Board of Developmental Disabilities Great Pumpkin Race 4 Miler, which is run the day before in Canton. Those who complete BOTH the Great Pumpkin 4 Miler AND the ANY of the Sunday distances will receive a special 9 LIVES CHALLENGE MEDAL.

Event Overview
THE COURSE
The Marathon is a USATF Certified Course and a Boston Marathon Qualifier.
The Half Marathon will stay with the Marathon for the first 13 miles. It is a mix of blacktop and hard packed crushed limestone.
The 5K will be a fun route through Downtown Canal Fulton
TIME LIMITS
Marathon - 7+ hours
Half Marathon - 4+ hours
5K - No time limit
POST-RACE PARTY
We are planning a great post-race Halloween Party in Downtown Canal Fulton with Food, Beer, and Music!

FAMILY FUN!
Race Expo will be inside of a family friendly Haunted House!
The Event will be part of several activities in Canal Fulton in October. More details coming this Summer.
The course will be decorated with lots of Halloween elements. We WILL NOT be jumping out of the woods to scare you. It is a race!
SWAG
All participants get a GREAT finisher medal, a super cool event shirt, and the best post-race party in Ohio.
Virtual Runners get the Event Shirt, Finisher Medal, Race Bib, and Race Bag inserts.
The event is a fundraiser for the Canal Boat.
